QR Food Menu is a cloud-hosted (Software-as-a-Service) digital menu platform operated by Needinfotech that allows restaurants, cafés, and food businesses to:
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
QR Food Menu offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial expires, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice by email.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all menu content, images, and data you upload to the Service ("Customer Content"). By uploading Customer Content, you grant Needinfotech a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your customers. We do not sell your Customer Content to third parties. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all Customer Content, including allergen information, pricing, and product claims.
The QR Food Menu software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by Needinfotech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your business during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 with a target of 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Needinfotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors (PayPal), QR code generation, font and translation providers, and Google services such as Google Reviews. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination you will lose access to your menu and data after a reasonable grace period; we recommend exporting your menu before terminating.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
